naldo
Hello everybody Some of you might know me for the swap that i did on my forester Now recently i am having a problem with my radiator and water . i took the thermostat out because my car was overheating and recently its taking all the water from the bottle and radiator and drinking it all in a couple of minutes of driving i dont know why but i have to keep feeling it up every 30 to 40 minutes of driving i use coolant so i dont know why is this is happening . when i filled it back up i start the car and the water comes up the radiator throughout the filler and drips over, like something is clogged up .... the water pump is working so if you guys have any opinion it will be gladly appreciated Thank you all
Rooster2
Unless the water is leaking out so that you can see water on the pavement under the Forester, then the water must be going out the tail pipe via bad head gasket. Also, check your oil level to see if water has contaminated the oil.
naldo
My oil is good because i took the oil out and its not contaminated with water so i was thinking that my radiator is bad because it was running fine and my thermostat got bad and it overheated
