Suba_GL_87 Posted September 30, 2013 Share Posted September 30, 2013 what the most typical oversize bearings are- crankshaft main and rod con. bearing? i was wrong order of main and rod con... main bearing was fit but last rear is not fit. *its standard size* rod con bearing cant fit when rod bearing-cap on it. *it's standard size* but piston ring can fit from standard size? it's 2000 EJ25 and 185K miles...tried to repair for Conn Rod bearing. ocei77 Posted October 1, 2013 Share Posted October 1, 2013 (edited) You have to look at the fsm. Generally the sizes are std.,.03,.05 and .25 mm from the factory. If you have the bearing surfaces ground, then you have other options. You usually have them ground and then get bearings to match. A little search for your engine type will show you the options You need to measure the surfaces with an accurate caliper. Subaru sells their bearings in a set or individually.
