ArcticRose
Hello everyone! I am the original owner of a 2005 Baja that I drove off the lot in Anchorage, Alaska. Since then we've been all over Alaska, Cananda, and the United States. Currently, living in Texas, but on vacation In FL. Main goal, making it to Key West, so that I can say the dog and I (with the Subaru) have been to the northern and southern most (drivable) points in the US. I love my little car/truck/whatever you want to call it.
Olnick
Technicality, yes, but the southernmost drivable point in the US is South Point on the Big Island of Hawai'i--almost 400 miles farther south than Key West! In fact every habitable point in the State of Hawai'i is south of Key West's latitude. Welcome aboard the USMB--happy travels with that lovely Baja . . . and the dog! ArcticRose
I'd have to put my car on a boat to get to HI, I left the car at home when I made that trip. To me Drivable is not having to do that. So, technically, it would be southern most point in the contiguous United States, but it wouldn't be northen most since Alaska doesn't fall into that, since Canada is in the way, and Maine is the last state to visit before I can knock out all the states. Thanks for the welcome. I've just been poking around looking for other Baja owners.
