this would explain why my high-beam dash indicator doesnt work anymore...

Yes.

...Also my drivers side door always says its open when its not...

You only need to do an small adjustment to the Door's latch on the Subie's Body,

to let it close Tighter...

Kind Regards.

Home from school and trying to daily the wagon, the small issues are making it tough. went through and replaced both front struts so my camber issue is fixed. also got the ford tempo front springs so it sits less raked and more level. Passed the car off to Rob so he can chase a coolant leak and replace my leaking fuel tank from WCSS last year. eXwxOcq.jpg

here is an updated pic with a fresh wash and GC grill  :headbang:
i update instagram more often: @subaruloyale

cheers

How do you feel the Front suspension with the Tempo coil Springs?

I have many years using those on my "BumbleBeast"

I really enjoy the ride. I can see that it sits higher in the front which is nice because before my car was really raked in the back from the honda springs. It rides smooth as well.

Yes, the Honda Accord coil Springs in the Rear + Ford Tempo coil Springs in the Front is the Best Combo, due to the equality of the Suspension's Stiffness in both axles, and provides better Handling than the Stock one, despite of being Harder.

Thank you for your feedback.  Kind Regards.

Looking Good!

The SJR lift block has the letters facing to front, I guess it is because is a 4" Lift?

On my "BumbleBeast" the SJR letters are towards outside of the Fender...

But those are 2" blocks only; Kind Regards.

Runs, seems to smoke out the passenger side exhaust, where the header gets bolted on...Not sure why...oil dripping out down the headers too......smells pretty bad. It's having a hard time cooling as well. fans arent kicking on.

The fans need to be on a relay controlled by the ECU

i hooked them up to the stock fan plugs in the ECU. hopefully they turn on now. I want to test it but have no way of telling if it is overheating except common sense.

super frustrated by it not shutting off with my key and having to pull the connection on the battery...Can't find what the problem could be. Also fan is not turning on when it gets hot....which is another thing that bugs me.

Patrick helped me sort out the situation where it wouldn't turn off with my key! big thanks to him, skyping with me walking me through it in his free time. Temporarily wired my fan to a switch, going to try to take it out tomorrow.

Can't believe I sold it! This car is no longer mine if you want to follow the build more here is his instagram:

It was a pretty good run I had with this beast. I enjoy the time I spent building it and fixing it. Especially the people I met through owning this car. I have another old school lined up to buy so keep your eye out for a new post by me in "members rides" this weekend.
