Fairtax4me
You don't need the subframe spacers to match the struts. You will have better ground clearance without the spacers.
natetru
i thought it was reccomended to correct the cv axle angle
Fairtax4me
If you have original Subaru axles, they can handle the difference. You may want to replace the boots on the axles to prevent them from splitting.
Gloyale
i thought it was reccomended to correct the cv axle angle Depends on wether you want the extra clearance. Definately get the OB or Forrester rear trailing arm brackets. And If you do run the OB spacers on the front....you'll need the A-arm pivots, trans mount spacers, and the steering coupler from the OB as well. natetru
OK, maybe I will try to run the forester struts without the subframe spacers first...all else fails add them later.

natetru
I have forester struts and one inch spacers, any one recommend both or just struts?
heartless
I am running just the forester strut assemblies on my 95 Legacy L wagon - no spacers. They are not really needed, and require more work to put in. If you like doing the extra work, go for it, but not a necessity.
natetru
can you send me a pic of your ride.... i would greatly appreciate it
heartless
Stock height on left - 95 with Forester struts on right with stock size tires... the extra clearance of the forester struts allows for a little larger tire as well, so you can add a little more ground clearance there.
