scoobiedubie
In a 5 speed 86 GL10 stick transmission, what are the different reasons that you can lose 4WD without having any sort of abnormal noise from the transmission or rear differential? scoobiedubie
It turned out to be the vacuum switch at the other end of the vacuum hose. Also, the Loyales, the GL's and the GL10's use the same switch. Most people won't have to sweat this one because it takes over 400,000 miles before this problem arises.
