4play
I have found a 5 speed duel range, out of a 85 gl wagon, can i change the gear ratio to what my car is-4-11 I think,or is it better to get the rear end also. I would like the lowest ratio I can get.
Uberoo
It is possible to change the ratio in a 5 speed dr box to 4.11 but it is alot of work and mismatching parts. My comparison changing the rear diff ratio is 10 bolts that are fairly easily accessed. monstaru
And , this answer has been given way to many times. That is a simple search question. The FAQs at the top of this forum and others lead to a ton of information. I only say this because it is true.
Uberoo
other that it is slightly hard to search for 4.11 or any other 3 character term.
