PVFD1305
Hey All, My 1990 Legacy LS trunk latch is bent, and will no longer latch. Does anyone know of any where I can get a replacement, I've been looking around and cannot seem to find one. Thanks for any help you can give. idosubaru
can you bend it back? check parts wanted forum here and subaruoutback.org there's usually multiple people parting out a vehicle. or www.car-part.com
PVFD1305
The workings of the latch have bent ontop of each other. And cannot be bent back to fit. Also its an LS trim if that matters.
heartless
www.car-part.com I doubt you will find a "new" one anywhere - the car is too old, so used is the way to go - the trim level shouldnt matter so much for the trunk latch. 1990-1992 for sure should be compatible - possibly up to

Rooster2
Is the latch problem, the result of an accident, where things got bent?? If so, and not to be Mr. Obvious, I would think that the body work would need to be straightened out as part of the process to fix the latch problem. Best source for latch components would be a wrecking yard, IMO.
Keeez510
I am having the same issue. I have looked in local pick n pull and wreckage yards and cat seem to find a sedan only wagons. If the latch is fine do I have to replace the lock or what?
