shaggy_in_ky
I just finished this project today.. did both sides... It really wasn't that bad.. It was the first repair I have ever really done on a sube...on;y took about 45 mins each side and a 12 pack:drunk: ..lol The only thing I can say is watch your threads on the end of the axle ... and when it comes to the pin near the tranny... Use an allen wrench and a pair of vice grips to run it thru... be careful not to jam it in the hole...cuz it's not easy to remove:banghead: ..lol.. GeneralDisorder
A 3/16" pin punch would be more advisable for the roll pin on the DOJ. GD
Turbone
A manual would be a good idea also
MilesFox
put the round part of a ball peen hammer on the axle shaft dimple to finish driving it all the way thru. (after you remove the axle nut from the initial pounding.)
