nutt7
nice work...HKS...I admire quality parts any power gain/loss with no air flowing through the IC? is that BOV designed to recirc or blow to atmosphere?...if it can recirculate, plumb it into the intake if the MAF starts trippin' I need to get off my lazy tail and do something cool like that... smotocon1
The Blow off valve is to atmosphere. The HKS super AFR has a electric idle stabalizer to compensate for it. Its COOOL! whoooosh!

smotocon1
yep! it is! here is a breakdown of what I used and its really a drop in fit too 1- saab long 2" O.D. aluminium intercooler pipe with funky 90 deg. bend 1- cast aluminium 90 deg 2.5" O.D. elbow 1- 2" I.D. 90 deg intercooler hose 3- 2.5" I.D. x 3" intercooler hose 1- SVO mustang/t-bird intercooler 1- 2" I.D. x 3" intercooler hose 1- 2.5" O.D. x 4" aluminium intercooler pipe as far as the BOV I have access to a machine shop and it only would cost about 20 bucks for someone to do a surfasemount like mine. All items were purchased off of EBAY for really cheap. I still doing a mounting bracket for it but its not going anywhere. If there are any questions just ask. Myxalplyx
Just installed my intercooler setup with HKS BOV, HKS EVC boost controller, HKS turbo timer, HKS super AFR, Air/fuel gauge, Boost gauge. Next is the hood scoop! http://eseephoto.com/album.php?albumid=dc7092e13614661d0a50&1083801420 Login: legacyt password: monty Sweet setup! Congrats! Giving anyone a 'how to' on wiring in that HKS SAFC? Didn't realize you had an auto. Plan on getting an upgraded torque converter? The Blow off valve is to atmosphere. The HKS super AFR has a electric idle stabalizer to compensate for it. Its COOOL! whoooosh! That IS cool! I could never get the Apexi SAFC's feature to work right on my OBS. I had to route the BOV back into the intake. Even still, I had to have the routing that was going back to the intake angled away from the Maf so it didn't throw bad readings.
