BFN
Hello I tried looking this up with the search function, but didn't quite find what I was looking for. So maybe some of you could help. I have an 86 EA82 N/A MPFI 3 door coupe, which resently started leaking fuel. I'm going to replace the fuel tank, but I wonder if there are any differences in the tank regarding MPFI, SPFI, carb? Do I need a special MPFI tank? I've assumed all EA82's have the same tank. Also my idiot lights are shining bright and clear, except for the oil and ECM. I've learned this is usually caused by the diodes in the alt going bad. Are there any other posibilities? Thanks for all help on this, and previous matters BFN
ShawnW
I believe you are right on the fuel tank and the alternator diagnosis.
