Subarocket
I am onto my second 92 loyale and I have noticed both of them automatically shut off the stereo when you honk the horn. I figured my first one was because I wired the aftermarket stereo wrong but my new one has a stock stereo and does the same thing. Anyone else have this? Is this to avoid ironic situations when listening to Pearl Jam while you crash your car?
Txakura
Awesome, the irony would be epic. Maybe if it was that old Jan and Dean song 'Deadman's Curve' it'd be poetic? I had an Opel that would kick in the starter when you shifted into park or neutral, and an Oldsmobile that would turn on the left front parking light if you turned the heater fan to medium, when the car was completely shut down with the key out of the ignition. No self muting Sübies though. Edited September 13, 2014 by Txakura
