82GLWag
I want to drop a dresh rebiuld into my Wagon befor winter kicks in. One way or another it will happen. But i was wondering if any of you guys have knowledge or experienced service from Enginehaus ?? Or Mark the guru?? A long block from enginehaus is 1695, and that is with shaved heads, bored cylynders, ect.. While Markthegurus long block is OEM spec and is 2000.. I want the motor to last as long as possible, of course a lot if that is up to me and maintainng it.. But my question is.. What would you do?? BirdMobile
I'd rebuild it myself.
82GLWag
Honestly so would I. But at the moment i am more strapped for time than money$. And i have never even split a case on a motor, so id imagine it might be a slight learning curve my first time. But i do have 2 cores so ill keep one to take apart someday to do my own rebuild. 82GLWag
Just looking for any info from fellow board members that may have done buisiness with either company. Or honest opinioms of what motor seems to be the best bet for reliability
