Greetings All,

I'll be picking up an almost new 04 Forester XS soon.  Belonged to my brother in law's mother in law.  She bought it new.  She was in her 80's when she bought it so I'm about 50% certain it hasn't seen the Rubicon....yet.  She was in her 90's when she passed.  Anyway, they hate it so they offered it to my wife and I.  It has 42K documented miles on it and looks practically brand new.  I remember when she bought it.

Last Subie I owned was a 78, pumpkin orange wagon.  They've changed a lot since that one.

I've become aware of the HG issue and the rear wheel bearing issue.  Anything else I need to watch out for?

Oh yeah, I'll put up some pics in a few days.  We're going to Port Townshend, WA so I'll grab some photos on the way.
