ezapar
I want to go up it now that the trails are a little slick and mucky. Any of you guys think you have a rig capable enough to follow me? I want to go this Sunday.
NorthCoast
Sounds like fun. Unfortunately I haven't had time to swap out my struts since I bent them at WCSS. Just in case I magically get them done...what time are you going to be at the trail head?
ezapar
Probably about 9:30. Will meet at the Burnett Chevron at 09:00.
Uberoo
Its not fair. You guys get all the cool trails and subarus but there is so much traffic and people that I would loose my mind living up there. According to youtube 197 looks fun as hell.
ezapar
What's messed up is that it's such a gnarly trail that we're gonna defer to the Nachees Trail. The two Jeeps following me are not worthy enough to go up the 197 without repetitive tugs and carnage. You need lockers to get up it when it's wet. Off camber steep rooted city. Imagine this in when muddy. Mind you, this is SO much steeper than it looks.
Uberoo
I still say it looks like alot of fun.I bet a subaru could do it if TCASED or you drove it with a IDGAF mentality when it comes to body damage.
ezapar
Wish some of you guys woulda tagged along. Saw nothing but heeps on the trail all day. Went up a pretty scary hill, got a new dent to compliment the other dent on the passenger side window pillar. The pie plate at the bottom said, "GOOD LUCK BITCH." We made the stock YJ go around and take the main line. Sorry for the heep pic here, but I did invite you so you shoulda been there to be in the photo. Funny thing is, there were only two of us, but we stopped and a butt load showed up for a quick photo.
