Around where i live i can get a new windshield and gasket installed for $140-$200 with them driving out to my car. Talking to some of the guys they said they would put in a used windshield with a new gasket if you wanted. You could try to just buy the gasket from a windshield place and offer a little more for it if they don't want to sell without a install.
