my 92 Loyale was sent to scrap on 10-20-13, i let her go.

i just had to get another.

and here it is my 1994 Loyale Wagon

my future plans is to lift a bit, EJ22 (1st gen) Swap (my fav subaru engine).

Miles when bought: 145,136.2

Well, in terms of power, that's a good engine to swap in compared to an EA82T; plenty of members here will be able to help with the wiring harness too from what I gather.

Will you retain the original EA transmission/4WD or changing that to something else? You'll have a number of options if you do.

Ah, the good 'ol Cherry Bomb. Got one just like that welded up I'm the same fashion on my sedan; they sound good on these.

Push button lacks the locking hubs and is more electronically controlled, and AFAIK, you'll need an EA to EJ adapter plate to use against the EJ engine (which someone here can certainly point you to; there might be a link in my car's thread as well).

Keep it alive and keep the rust out and you'll be in great shape.

No subarus had locking hubs, and the push button is vacuum controlled, not electronic. But the dual range is definitely a better setup!

Gloyale also makes and sells adapter plates for the ej swap, as well as the re drilled flywheel. And he's very helpful, and good to deal with.

Pennsylvania

Interesting, because I looked at the buildings in the background and that was my first guess; they look like the buildings I'd see out in Mercer!

That place had lousy guidelines for inspection too, regarding quarter sized rust holes...

I had a Supra I couldn't inspect for the longest, which in turn got the car impounded + surrendered in the end.

But I have probably driven past those buildings (or ones just like it; most of the commercial/industrial dwellings out there have that sort of theme).

As for your clock, as long as it holds time, you're good. Mine doesn't even do that, and setting resets it completely! Lol

is there anything i could use to replace it ? another clock ? something else ?

i removed the clock and those wires were already cut, i have no idea if it hold the time, it doesnt light up to well.

A radio with a clock.

If you were doing a full restoration, Subaru would be the first place to check; junk yard parts will probably do the same thing.
