snaker
I test drove one and the lack of power frustrated the spoob out of me. my wife ended up with the legacy.
Nadanutcase
I'm curious as to what version you test drove CVT or manual and which engine option? I just ordered a new one (2.0 and 5 speed) yesterday.
Wolfman01
I'm not sure what the difference is besides some trim and a lift compared to the Impreza. I don't find power to be an issue with my Impreza at all.
ezapar
The CVTs have a 4.44 gear ratio, I think they're faster than the imprezas. We test drove the crap out of the imp and the XV in both CVT and 5 speed.
cr74
I would like more power but I don't think its underpowered. I have a 5 speed and wish they offered a 6 speed.
unibrook
We test drove a 2015 Premium today, CVT. It had more power/acceleration than our 2001 Forester 5MT with its 2.5 liter engine. I thought the CVT felt fine, no big diff in feel from it to any other new AT out there on competitive cars.
