6 point socket

vise grips

pipe wrench

die grinder, cut the nut

weld a wrench on the nut

cutting tourch

 

You could also pull the 3 bolts that hold the bracket to the body as thats the part you need to change anyway.

if you're not gonna re-use that bushing, I'd try starting with 20 seconds of heat from a propane/MAPP torch. Wait maybe an hour and try to get it off with a 6 point socket. If it still won't move, hit it with some more heat. You should also be trying some penetrant. PB Blaster or 50.50 ATF-acetone mix.
 
hit it with a full 60 seconds of heat next time. try again.

I had an issue with 2 of em on my RR hub. First when I did coilovers and lateral links/trailing arms.. I ended up getting a new hub because the bearing was bad and threw away the original links as well. Second time was during my 6 speed/r180/brembo swap.. Torched it with MAP gas(yellow) bottle and hit it with my 18v impact. Prior to that moment I'd spent an hour trying breaker bars and cheaters bars til I remembered about the bottle of gas I had lol. Those bolts are a real PITA.. Good luck man!
