kirzick
This is my new project, among way to many other Subaru projects. This little car is awesome. The previous owner started to restore it, but it was never finished. It's missing nothing but the motor and trans. All its parts are packed up nicely in the back seat. kirzick
My plans are to restore it, including the awesome sprite green. I will also be using a 5 spd single range and a high comp large valve ea81. This shouldn't be too hard, as the car is pretty rust free, spots here and there but nothing major. I will post more photos soon. Thanks!

kirzick
I chose to just grind down the bell housing to clear the steering linkage. I also had to shorten the stud coming from the motor.
kirzick
I want to be able to enjoy the car while i save to build the motor, so im still running the stock carb. I just dropped it in straight out of the other wagon. It could use a reseal, but whats a few more miles before i do. My plans for the motor: spfi convertion spfi pistons hp cam grind mill .03 off each head I built a buddys motor this way and we are pretty happy with it.
