My cousin called me...he works at a dealership (not Subaru)

They gave a kid $800 trade in for his 05 legacy GT

Young kid so he must have blown something....a rod...? the turbo? I don't know

 

So...I just got some pics...looks pretty clean--waiting to hear the mileage...automatic

 

I can have it for $800

supposedly has a new exhaust system

The caveat?  Its 2 hours away

Would have to get my AAA towing club to bring it to me

 

I really wish it was a plain 2.5 engine though.....getting one if needed would be a lot easier

 

Any thoughts guys?

+1 on this.

Hauling it on a dolly and not disconnecting the drive shaft (AWD) will do damage, either that or a full blown trailer with all 4 tires on the trailer.
