Craven
I emailed George at george@sunsetcoachmen.com about Peugeot 505 wheels. He only deals in Peugeots and this is what he sent me. Steel wheels in either size are $35 each. 14" alloys are $60 each. 15" alloys in the flat-spoke style are $75 each. Might have to get me one more from him for a full size spare Thanks for this info.
Turbone
In the PAP yards around here, the Steels are $7.50 and the Alloys are $15. Not to many folks here have the denero to go and shell out that much for new(?) stuff. But thanks for the info.
Chris W.
Craven Thanks for the links:) Pretty cool web site, I wonder how those folks would feel, if they knew what their wheels were being used for! Cheers, Chris
edrach
Rob, you're getting a good deal (unless PAP dropped their prices). Steelies are $9.50 plus tax and alloys $15.50 plus tax.
calebz
Craven Thanks for the links:) Pretty cool web site, I wonder how those folks would feel, if they knew what their wheels were being used for! Cheers, Chris They get pissed. Back when I got my first soob, I also had a peugeot 505 Turbo.. After owning it for a while I found that the Peugeot owners were a bunch of elitist prigs.. They were, in general, madder than hell about us using their wheels.. But, then again, even amongst themselves, $65 per wheel for 14 inch steels was pretty common. Turbone
Ed, you might be right. I bought some alloys a few months ago, but they were 13"s.
northguy
Ed and Rob, you're both getting a smoking deal. The only pugs we see here is the set or two we manage to get sent here from you guys, and we're thankfulto pay whatever the cost. With that said, though, it doesn't give you carte blanche to ram it to us now (especially now that we know what you guys pay for them).

Rims are dirt cheap around here at the yards also; but there simply are not Pugs in the yards. People hardly bought old subarus around here let alone some old wussy euro car Ive only seen 2 in the last 4 years at local yards. None of them were 504s or 505s
Craven
Do a search here http://www.gandjimport.com/inventory.htm there's quite a few places with pugs of all sizes. I'm just going to spend $10 or so for studs and nuts and drill the hubs for 6 lug bolts. Then most older Japanize truck, suv or Chevy1/2 ton 4/4 wheel will fit. There is a lot more of these wheels of many differant styles out there, than the $ Pugs. Craven

That turd sure jacked his prices up.
AlbanyNY
I paid $300 for four 15" pug alloys from a 1990 505 at my local junkyard. They're the only ones that had em. You want cheap pug steels? Go ahead... if you like ugly. If you're just offroading and don't care what your rig looks like then go for the steels. If you want a sube that people will see and say... "NICE 4 wheeler" then get the alloys.

If you think that people are saying stuff like 'nice 4 wheeler' because of sume substandard pug alloys, you must be hanging out with some seriously mentally challenged people. Besides.. whats the point of having a lifted car/truck if you aren't actually going to use it for 4 wheeling? (and yes, I have had both steels and alloys.. Steels on my wagon.. alloys on my Pug 505 Turbo)

Craven
Seem's like you fellers in WA. state, have the corner market on cheap Pug wheels. You don't see any Peugeot's in the boneyards around here, you don't see any on the roads. I think theres only one dealer in Mi. and thats in Detroit. While you west coast guys have gobs of dealerships = more pugs in the boneyards. Around here most people don't even know what a peugeot is. They think it's some sort of French dessert, flower, pig or something.
