ThosL
I have been hearing one of the rear wheel bearing going for a while. Both front ones were replaced and I was wondering how complicated the rear ones and what a reasonable cost is per wheel? Thanks.

Fairtax4me
Press-in. Same amount of work as the front bearings.
anchoricex
I have a donor outback and two of my wheel bearings are out. Should I just swap knuckles and call it a day?
MilesFox
Swapping knuckles will save you the labor and special tools. But you will be disassembling all the trailing links and lateral link and will have to swap the parking cable with it.
ThosL
Approximate cost of the replacement bearings installed per wheel vs. cost and difficulty of doing it yourself? Thanks.
ThosL
I spoke with F and S who are Subaru specialists; they said rear wheel bearing for the 99 OB would be an hour and a half per wheel ($100 per hour) plus parts.
