Fairtax4me Posted July 21, 2015 Share Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) There was an option for a metal one on the Outbacks, but they were very rare to see. As far as I know there was never a plastic guard of any type on the 95-99 Legacy or Outback, because of the proximity to the exhaust pipes. There was a guard on the 98-99 Forester, but it hangs down pretty low and would probably drag on everything if put on a Legacy.
