Rooster2 Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Sounds like the latching mechanism is giving you trouble. You will need to remove the inside panel off the door to see what the problem is. That can be difficult with the door closed. Open the other rear door, and pulling on the door release handle, see what moves at the latch mechanism to release the door from the frame. Once you find that out, then see if a thin knife blade can be inserted from inside the car to the precise point to release the door latch on the offending door. soopsoop Posted March 22, 2016 Author Share Posted March 22, 2016 it was the latch,someone tried jamming the child safty lock and screwed it all up. went to junkyard and bought all the parts for 40 bucks and after 2 hours it was all fixed.
