Tye Posted August 7, 2015 Share Posted August 7, 2015 okay so i have basically completed the ej swap, everything except the wiring. most the wiring is done but i cant get it to run. considering hiring somebody to troubleshoot. how much would somebody with ej wiring experience charge to come over and trouble shoot my wiring issues? djellum Posted August 21, 2015 Share Posted August 21, 2015 double check your grounds for the ecm. I dont know specifics but if the ecm detects wonky grounds they wont activate on some of them. I heard of Nissans that had issues because the case for the ecm lost ground from rusty bolts, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then I would pop the top on your disty check the cap for cracks, corrosion, fouling, and if the rotor is damaged. Do you have a shop manual?
