Aussie Dad
Hi Guys, Have a 1995 Outback wagon. In the tailgate, wondreing what the lights above the reverse lights are. I thought High Intensity Tail lights? They don't work and bulbs are ok. Wiring is Blue with Yellow stripe. Have downlaoded wiring diagram, but no reference to them. Would like to utilise them with front fog lamps. Any answers or advice, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Aussie Dad
Fairtax4me
In the US those are tail and brake lamps. If yours has single filament bulb sockets they're likely to be just brake lamps. The wiring going through the rubber flex in the top of the hatch could be broken.
