Porkchop262 Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 My mechanic over extended a front CV shaft an didn't catch it before we drove it. I replaced the shaft but the ABS light has stayed on. Brakes work fine. Speedometer works fine. I haven't pulled a code yet I figured it got a false reading an would re set after driving. Fairtax4me Posted February 8, 2016 Share Posted February 8, 2016 Damaged sensor, or damaged Reluctor wheel. Also I can't remember when the switch was, but around 98-99 they switched from a reluctor wheel on the hub to a reluctor on the axle.
