Shreddin_Shane
Hey there, was tearing down a ea82 engine out of a 93 loyal that i jus picked up, The car would start and idle fine, didn't have much engine noise at all but would bog way down whenever you touched the gas/ put any load on the engine. Head gaskets were blown and one of the cylinders has really bad pitting/scoring but I also found this small dowel looking thing in the oil pan. Wondering where this may have come from? DaveT
Looks like one of the pins they put to align halves of the block, or heads, or engine to bell housing. Kind of odd to find one in the pan I guess . ..

MR_Loyale
Looks like an alignment pin between Trans and engine.
