aftermarket alarm removal 2003 outback

Featured Replies

I have an 03 outback with an aftermarket alarm. I removed the alarm, now trying to fix the wiring back to stock. I had to remove the aftermarket alarm fuses just to get it home. I don't think it is related, but headlights are dim, and both low beams seem to run through one relay. The car wont start now. It appears the factory security module was removed. I have seen them on Ebay, but of course I don't have the part number. Mine is a manual transmission car. Does any one know what security modules interchange? I a couple of loose plugs under the dash, 6 pins one white and one black in one harness and another plug with about 12 pins. I am trying to find one in a local yard, so I can figure out what is missing and where the plugs go. Thanks for any help. I will try to upload some pics.
