superooo Posted September 10, 2016 Share Posted September 10, 2016 If anyone has any pictures of the relay area on an spfi swap i would greatly appreciate it, i have a bunch of extra relays and have my harness mostly prepared but want to do my fuses and relays clean and proper Also in need of some pictures of the maxima alt swap, particularly your pulley and spacer if you have some after you ground it down, also where does this ground wre on the alt housing go? skishop69 Posted September 10, 2016 Share Posted September 10, 2016 (edited) Can't help with the SPFI swap as I have yet to install mine, but the alternator does not have a ground wire. It grouns through the case. One single wire connection to the stud on the alt and the plug with two wires for the regulator. Depending on which version of Maxima alt you have, it may plug in or you may need to remove the terminals from the housing and plug them into the alt. Also, you can remove them from the housing and install them into the Maxima housing if you snagged it.
