Trudge Posted September 27, 2016 Share Posted September 27, 2016 Need help, i have a 1998 Wrx i am getting no spark, Have replaced: Crank sensor (new) Cam Sensor (new) Coil Pack (new) Igniter (running car) Checked my grounds (all) I have just got a apexi power fc which i am wiring up as we speak, if this doesnt work i know what else to try. Any input at would be helpful. Getting 12v to the coil pack. Getting 12v to my igniter. Engine Cranks Has compression. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

1 Lucky Texan Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 sure it's missing spark? squirt some starter fluid into the intake and see if it fires. check for slipped cam/crank timing. ECU will kill ignition I think if they disagree too much on timing. any DTCs stored? scan the ecu for pending codes (is 98 OBDII in your market?)
