Evil02outback
I'm sure this has been debated to no end but, I have to buy some here really soon. I know what to put on a phase 2 engine but I don't think they make gaskets for a phase 1 engine
GeneralDisorder
What year? On phase I 25D engines you install 00 to 05 pistons and then use the 770 part number gasket. This will ensure a lasting repair. GD Edited May 31, 2017 by GeneralDisorder

GeneralDisorder
Just get the OEM gaskets. The 22's never had problems like the 25's. Both those engines are phase I. The 96 heads are better. Roller rockers. GD Edited May 31, 2017 by GeneralDisorder
86BRATMAN
Felpro gaskets for the ej22e are repackaged oem gaskets. So go with whichever you can get cheaper.
idosubaru
96 could be EJ25 or EJ22 engine. if you're in a big rush then first step is to know what engine you're talking about and/or communicate more clearly.
