Huck369
I just picked up a 98 Forester (my 59th Subaru ) and I have a rear deflector off a parts car, but was wondering what people have used to fasten it to a hatch that didn't have one, as the inserts on the parts car don't come out. So looking for ideals, or what others have done. Thanks in advance,
Subaru Scott
If they are threaded inserts that crimp in? Northern tool has those and the install tool. The inserts are available in stainless too. I used it to put a roof basket on my XT. Worked super, looks factory, (well, the inserts do anyway) and didn't have to remove or butcher the headliner. Yeah, Probably about 10 of those have been parts cars (or ended up being parts cars)...I have 5 drivers right now, and a couple parts cars
