damnsubaru
I am trying to replace my drivelines on my 88 dl 4x4 wagon the tranny no. is 997535 the engine tag says ea82saw3ac I vaguely remember the previous owner saying she thinks her mechanic changed the transmission but that has been a few years. is this the right transmission for this car? I got most of the other parts for the front end except for the brake rotor, caliper, and outer tie rod end. everything got hot from me doing stupid and towing without an axle in. the tire went sideways caught on fire broke the brake line had nice flames and brake rotor was red hot. so I am rebuilding it all slowly. Gloyale
doesn't matter what trans you have in there, if it's a pushbutton or D/R 5spd or if it's a 3AT, they all use the same EA82- non-turbo axle. 23 spline.
damnsubaru
that's what I thought the used one I have now fits on the tranny end but not on the wheel end. it was free and will do as a core.
