Wivoorst
Since -by accident- I closed the air-inlet of the carburettor, the engine runs rough when idle. Only 2 cil work. When I follow different instructions from YT how to reset the IACV it does not work properly. The engine runs then -after warming up- 1200, 2000, 1200, 2000 etc rpm. I drove some km's to re-learn the chip. Alas no effect. The garage could not get an error-code, it all seemed to be okay... no way. Someone advice? Wivoorst
Sorry for the long waiting! IACV of My Forester was repaired by me. It was só dirty that it couldn't work anymore! It was hard to find the reason, also 'cause it's an OBD1. Here in Holland it's quite rare. Now I have more probs it seems. This afternoon a Subaru-dealer will check the ECU. Subaru is not very common and so there are not only-Subaru dealers. But Bosch-garages should be able to read. I can't wait till this afternoon.
