dp213
Will the back hatch and all of the drivers side windows from a 97 legacy gt work for a 97 legacy outback?
Stevo F
Assuming both are wagons, they should fit.

wtdash
I posted this 2015: Hi,The local yard SHOULD have interchange for this. Look on car-part.com for interchange, too.Remember, the '96-'99 OB had the raisED roof, which may affect this, but a quick look on car-part shows any will fit. The GT and L/LS wagons were not 'stepped/raised'.I did this rear hatch swap for the same reason on my step-son's '96 Brighton. We removed the wiring from the old rear gate / hatch b4 removal and reinstalled it on the new(er) gate - we did NOT cut anything....not hard, just tedious. Here's another THREAD on here to review. Numbchux
Yep, the hatch for a car with a raised roof is different. So ASSuming the Outback has a raised roof and LGT doesn't, that will not work. Side windows should. Edited December 1, 2017 by Numbchux
