W4audi
Hi guys I have a 2006 Subaru Impreza four-door sedan. I took my car to the shop after it's been rear-ended. the bumper have been changed and when I went to pick it up I realize that I have no license plate lights. I call the shop manager over. He told me that they found the four wires to license plate lights cut . I told him that was not true because my lights were working before, I change the bulbs a could months back . I need helps trying to figure out where the wires are connected to. I saw online it is connected into the wiring harness in the trunk but I can't see where the wires came from. It seem when they pull off the bumper they pull out the wires from where they were connected. Can someone post some pictures of where they are connected to in the trunk wiring harness. I would greatly appreciate it, or if you can tell me exactly where they are connected to.
Fairtax4me
Seems to me it would make sense the wires were cut when the car was rear ended. Accident damage that they should have fixed while the bumper was off. This is something they need to repair, or your insurance company needs to pay to repair.
