calebz
Welcome to the board. Theres a ton of info on the tranny swap here.. A number of us have done it (myself included) Theres also a bit of info on your turbo questions. Do a search to get a general idea of what you want and what you'll need. Then then I'm sure any specific questions can be answered by one of us.
Sweet82
Welcome! With "turbo and super" charging mentioned, I'm wondering what you have planned for this Subaru? Sounds like your looking to set it up for "street" as opposed to "off-road"? Tell us what you have in mind? MilesFox
stock y-pipe, and a 2-1/4 glass pack after the flange, and 3 inch pipe to the tail. i swear by it, sounds quiet till you pull a good rev, and a nice snarl when you let off the gas/shift that will scare ricer's fart cans off! i swear by it. do that, and an accel coil with .045 gap and high ign wires. MorganM
Not to rain on the turbo parade but my first mod on that nice wagon would be a real 4WD transmission Swapin an 5spd Dual Range 4WD tranny. Someone on the boards just did it recently and others have in the past so info can be had to make it easier. Would feel kinda silly finishing up a turbo upgrade only to blow up that 3AT from the extra power. They didnt even withstand stock horsepower as well as the manual trannys did. Good luck
ManYaiK
Well, the plan is to do the tranny swap before i do any major mods to the engine. Its gonna be a street/offroader. I probally keep the stock height and tire size. Oh, and by the way, it has just over 184K miles on it. Later, Dave

Martin
Those alloys looks really nice. I may have to find some and use the black (or rusty) rims for winter tires.
