2004 Ej25 Heads onto 99 Ej22 Phase2 Block

Have 99 ej22 phase 2  engine block and heads from a 2004 ej25. Are the ej25 heads a good fit for the ej 22 phase 2?. If they are a good fit, what head gaskets should be used?
