MilesFox Posted July 6, 2004 Share Posted July 6, 2004 ok, if the horn doesnt work to begin with, i wonder if its grounding out. the horn itself grounds at the switch, so the other side would be hot. have you removed the horns? check all its wiring, where were the melted wires/sections LOCATED? subiemech85 Posted July 6, 2004 Author Share Posted July 6, 2004 horns weren't working when I bought the car, so off went the horn pad also pulled off the horns, didn't work wires melted by right side of rad after turn signals and windows quit working, I pulled down fuse panel wire for fused side has completely melted insulation, it combines 4 wires, and every one has melted insulation I Need a Color coded wiring diagram, the fsm has stupid black lines with no color designations sorry, my bad, this is 900 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MilesFox Posted July 6, 2004 Share Posted July 6, 2004 here is what i can tell you, red with yellow stripe is off the headlights, red with greeen are inst, int, tail/park lights. white or white with black stripe is hot off the alt(batt) black ground. what color wires are melted together, which fuse number or what fuses have melted wires Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
