First time outback
I own a used 2014 Outback 2.5i. Shortly after I bought it, I noticed vibrations when I braked. I immediately assumed it was the pads/rotors which I changed; three times as of this post. I'm sure its not the rotors.I recently had a friend look car and he seems to think my tie rod ends are going bad (steering feels a little 'floaty') I should note that I replaced lower control arms (bad bushings) which included new ball joints. After LC arms were replaced, Midas did alignment (poorly I might add). I'm at a loss. Steering wheel vibrates when I brake whether they're hot or cold and its very, very annoying. Any suggestions? 1 Lucky Texan
brake calipers moving/sliding OK? When used pads are removed, are they worn evenly; inner vs outer, and parallel with their backing plates?
