brentlysubaru
I've got a 02 Forester and felt that the steering was a little unresponsive, so I put a steering rack in it from a 05 Saab 92x linear (saabaru). I used the Saab steering column and a 03 forester coupler. It went together relatively easy to my surprise. My question is does it have the same 16.5 ratio as the WRX? To me it seems a lot quicker than that, the older imprezas had the same ratio and this feels a lot more responsive and I've had quite a few 93-01 imprezas. I think if I jerk the wheel at speed I'd go over 5 lanes of traffic lol.
1 Lucky Texan
Pretty sure my 06 WRX wagon got a faster ratio vs 05. Maybe the 05 Saabaru was ahead of the curve????? Edited March 17, 2020 by 1 Lucky Texan
