edrach
not mine just a heads up if somebody can use says its a 1 bbl for brat http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=33550&item=7909634268&rd=1 It is a weber, but I think the 2 barrel hitachi original is better. This one doesn't have the "poop" of the two barrel weber.
GeneralDisorder
It also requires a different manifold, and some of the carter/weber's were feedback...... I don't know enough to say if this one was or wasn't because as Ed pointed out - they suck. Really tough to find parts for too. GD
Adam N.D.J.
Every C/W that I've run has given me nothing but good, I swear by em. Had tonnes of probs with the Hitachi's. Found that all the C/W's, feedback or not will run the same with or without a computer.
Sweet82
Ok, I'll ask............ What's a feed back carb? Glenn 82 SubaruHummer with a Carter-Weber 01 Forester
Guest taprackready
Ok, I'll ask............ What's a feed back carb? Glenn 82 SubaruHummer with a Carter-Weber 01 Forester Well its the next best thing prior to fuel injection. Basically the 02 sensor in conjuction with computer and temp sensors electronically tell the carb how rich/lean to make the mixture for any given RPM range. Normally on non-feedback carbs they are set and never change unless you change the jetting or idle mixture manually. The feedback carb has the advantage of "feedback" from temp and exhaust gasses to tell it if the mixture is just right. Bill
