2011 Forester All-Weather package

Hello, Im hoping someone can provide a solid answer. Im looking at purchasing a 2011 Forester that list an all-weather package included. The picture provided shows the seat heater buttons between the 2 front seats. But the dealer said heated seats are not an option on this particular vehicle. Would this model actual include the buttons if it the option was not installed?

What do you mean "the dealer"?  If a Subaru dealer - who did you talk to?  They various staff at dealers have a hard time keeping track of 10+ year old Subaru's and options availabilities/changes. So I'd be more inclined to think the person you talked to was guessing if the picture shows buttons.  

Did you type your VIN into google and check cars101.com to see what they list as equipment?
