PHATBRAT Posted July 23, 2004 Share Posted July 23, 2004 Alright, Something that's been on my mind for a while. How do you guys know what the difference is between all the turbos? They all have different weird numbers and stuff so how do you know which ones are bigger/smaller without looking them up etc... Which ones are good upgrades for an EA82T? (I am talking without any work or with very minimal work.) What are good things to do when upgrading Turbos. (Cams?) You know what I am saying? Like "As a general rule when upgrading to a larger turbo, you want hotter cams, advanced ignition timing etc" Spill out all info that you have...Inquiring minds want to know......
