moosens
Installed new cam follower sensor and the wires were completely different to what the car’s harness has. So I set the sensor in place and went by which wire I felt was closer to the ones on the harness. Still throwing the code sometimes. Car will run but seems like it’s in a default mode. If I press the gas pedal it’ll be very choppy at the first couple thousand RPMs but runs pretty well around 3k and then some. 2006 Outback wagon. 2.5 n/a engine. Thanks! el_freddo
I got my cam sensor wires the wrong way around on an engine conversion/bastardisation and it ran extremely poorly. Swapped those around and it purred like a subi kitten… This was on a 2002 harness. Cheers Bennie
