there are a bunch... 2 favorite spots, is Evans creek near Mt Rainer, or Reiters up north near gold bar... I plan to lead or attend a bunch of trips up to these places once I get my wagon back home and running :brow:

there are many more... the hatch patrol visits and explores them throuought the year...

form a group! we will go play!

I've hit the trailhead road to Pilchuck pretty hard. Got the front end of the SW in the air a few times. Road climbs pretty steep but really fun.

pilchuck is pretty fun. especially during the wintertime when the snow is deep. there is plenty of places in washington to go wheel. depending on how hard you want to go or how far you want to travel. there's dirt roads and a gravel pit up at walker valley. which is by mt. vernon. there's also some pretty hard trails up there if you build the suby up later down the road.

reiter pit. which is out past gold bar. along with the sultan basin area. which is just before reiter pit. reiter has a ton of places to wheel. from logging road, beat up logging roads to hardcore trails. tons of open areas to play under the power lines. and a ton of dirt roads. i'd definately suggest going out there! always bring a buddy if possible. you can also take the reiter rd all the way out to index along the river. that's a nice and scenic drive. all along reiter rd there are dirt roads and trails to explore. enjoyment is a hop and skip away.

then you have manashtash area out by lake cle elum off of I90. just over the pass aways. which ties into naches area, and rim rock lake area. which all have hundreds and hundreds of miles of dirt roads and 4x4 trails.

Evan's Creek is the hot bed for the HP in washington. that always seems to be where we meet up. there's a lot of fun beat up dirt roads out there to go play on. and there's one or 2 easy trails that a stock suby can make it down with little to no damages.

if you go out onto the peninsula there's a place by belfair called tayhua state forest. lots of little easy trails and roads to go play on out there.

i know i have some trail info on my site. it's not completed. i got sent overseas before i got the chance.

any other q's feel free to email me or pm me. the HP's weekend outing is a real good idea. it's probably going on right now.

Semper Fi!
