Just turned around to look at a scene and they were making use of the back if you know what I mean.The movie is called Wisdom!Worth a look. Seems like every coupla months up pops this thread And movies I can think of with soobs: Cannonball Run -- black turbo hatch Big (With Tom Hanks) -- XT6 Say it isn't so -- pimp DL wagon Not a car, but in the MacGyver episdode "The Gun" in the beginning, this kid picks up an EA81 or EA82 wagon wheel (from a stack of 3 or 4) and uses it to bust out a window. I have it on my computer, and I watched it a while ago.. I had posted about it on the old O/T forum... I remember cuz I was like "Hey, is that a Subaru wheel?" and I rewound it and sure enough... And yes I have a good memory, but it's selective.. I can remember the house we moved out of when I was 4, I remember my first day of kindergarten, hell, I still remember preschool, BUT I can't remember where I set my socket wrench when I'm working on something, and if my mom gives me a list of 5 things to do, and doesn't write them down, I usually remember the last two Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
WJM Posted August 23, 2004 Share Posted August 23, 2004 The truman show has an 87-89 GL-10 Turbo 4WD 5SPD w/Digi dash wagon in it...sunroof and roof rack too. early in the movie when the girl and Jim carey are on the beach when they are not supposed to....the thing comes flying over the dunes and comes to take the girl away. They filmed it in Sacramento California in the mid 80's. She's one of the tellers in the first bank robbery. Can't see her face, just the back of her head as she turns and you hear screeming. Heck....they even have sex in the back in one scene!! You Gen 1 guys have to see this movie! Oh....the story line kinda ties in with TODAY's troubles in America!
