4ester
Does anyone out there in subaruland know anything about the automatic convertible top? I can't figure out where the fuses are to the motor. I believe I have located the 15 amp fuse but the owners manual shows a 30 amp fuse too and I cant find it Any help is greatly appreciated!
AKIRA
subaru never made a convertable, there were some custom ones made by a dealer in texas that are very rare. I am not sure how the owners manual mentions it because it is not stock

GeneralDisorder
Yeah - unfortunately, you are pretty much in the dark here. There aren't any other board members with one of these things..... they are SOOOO rare it's stupid. You'll likely have to just trace the wiring by hand with a multi-meter. baccaruda
well, the fuse is either near the convertible motor equipment, under the hood, or in the passenger compartment. if it's near the CVT stuff it should be easy to find. if it's in the pass. compartment, it's either added to the stock fuse box (which should be simple to determine by what shouldn't be there) or somewhere under the seats and carpet perhaps. if it's in the engine bay, try comparing your car to other subarus of the same vintage and see what equipment is unique to yours. you are in uncharted territory, and future subaru convertible owners are depending on you!
